regular knowledge transfer sessions

Training Cluj-Napoca, Jan. 30, 2015, by Cristina
Estimated reading time:

Cluj-Napoca, January 30th, 2015. Yesterday, as part of our internal training program, Paul gave a talk on Python’s approach to Object Oriented Programming. This is the 3rd talk in the series, following one onJavascript, Dependency Injection and AngularJS and another one on Python Data Structures.

As with the last talks, the presentation turned into a conversation, and we had a lot of interesting questions – most of which found an answer, with the occasional experiment in the interactive shell. As before, members of our team chimed in with things they encountered in their experience working with Python, making the takeaways from this talk more relevant to our day-to-day activities.

The next presentation we have planned is one on Regular expressions in Python, followed by another on Advanced Data Structures.

We have already received requests from externals to attend our sessions, so, if you are interested to join in, let us know. We plan to share some of the topics with you, and improve them based on your feedback.

We love Python, technical debates over a slice of pizza and finding out what we do not know. Do you?

Say hello[at] if you want to find out more about this topic.
